We’re delighted to present our eleventh issue,
‘Constant Chaos’, for Spring/Summer 2021.
We chose this theme to reflect on the indelible changes that have swept across the world over the last twelve months – and that will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
Instead of shying away from this daunting prospect, we embrace the chaos with Erin Armstrong’s bold portraits, that don’t hesitate to get up close and personal. Dean West’s bleak landscapes and striking use of colour portray a world of frozen dreams, as Annabel Elgar blurs the boundaries between the fantastical and the mundane. We hitch a ride to our dark sides with Kourtney Roy, while Amin Maalouf shares his hopes and fears for our brave new world. Nevertheless, David Shrigley does not flinch from unmasking the absurdity and vulnerability of the human condition.
